Job Description:
A company is looking for a full-time Accounting Onboarding
Specialist to lead a team of bookkeepers and manage client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Become a product/service expert and provide detailed account
walkthroughs for new customers
Clearly communicate account setup requirements and educate
customers on best practices
Collaborate with various teams and leverage feedback for continuous
improvement of the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in an accounting environment
Technical expertise in QuickBooks Online is required
Experience in multi-client environments
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and
projects
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
