their finance teamDescriptionThe Financial Analyst will support the
financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance
the decision-making capabilities of the organization. This role
will involve working closely with various departments to analyze
financial performance, assist in budgeting, and provide actionable
insights to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis,
including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost
management, to support operational and strategic
decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the
annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with
company objectives and operational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports,
including monthly performance summaries, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc
analyses for management.
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data
to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including
operations, sales, and supply chain, to gather insights and support
business initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to
financial processes, reporting, and data management practices.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects and initiatives,
including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market
research as needed.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a
related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a
manufacturing or large corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse
audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and
