Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to oversee
the customer billing lifecycle and ensure operational excellence in
the Order to Cash process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of billing specialists, promoting
continuous improvement
Manage the billing system infrastructure and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Handle complex billing inquiries and disputes while developing
policies and procedures for scalability
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in billing within a SaaS environment
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience working in a cross-functional and fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite (or similar ERP
systems), Stripe, and Bill.com
