Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Accountant to manage tax
compliance and ensure the accuracy of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review sales and use tax returns, ensuring timely
filing
Coordinate tax audits and manage inquiries from tax authorities
Conduct research on complex tax issues and analyze tax impacts of
new business initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and
regulations
Experience with filing sales tax returns using software tools,
preferably Avalara
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
