Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Systems to oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of financial systems analysts to ensure project execution and professional growth
Manage the implementation and optimization of financial systems, ensuring scalability and complexity are addressed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system requirements and deliver effective solutions


Required Qualifications:

In-depth functional experience with financial processes in Coupa, NetSuite, and related systems
Strong understanding of databases and system integration capabilities of NetSuite with various SaaS providers
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience working on ERP platforms, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL for automating data processes and financial reporting
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
