Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney Editor/Content Manager in
Corporate and M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating in team initiatives and managing content development
for the practice area
Creating and updating authoritative legal content and managing
external author relationships
Staying informed on practice area trends and leveraging customer
feedback to enhance legal resources
Required Qualifications
J.D. or equivalent law degree with at least one bar accreditation
in a U.S. jurisdiction
Proven relevant M&A experience at a large law firm
Subject matter expertise in M&A law and knowledge of M&A
trends
Experience in drafting legal writing such as newsletters, articles,
or practical guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online legal
research
