Job Description: The Brand & Channels team strengthens user relationships by delivering trustworthy, personalized, and engaging experiences across owned and operated channels.
We optimize portfolios, enhance core programs and establish an Email Center of Excellence to drive product engagement and loyalty.
Join our dynamic team of brand and growth marketers, collaborating with global product marketing to promote the client's programs via key channels, including Tips & Updates Email.
You will play a key role in standardizing and elevating user communication through the centralized Email Center of Excellence.


Responsibilities: Lead the development of a centralized Email Center of Excellence (COE) to unify and elevate client's user communication, driving measurable growth, increased engagement, and enhanced brand consistency through strategic email programs and AI-driven optimizations.
Establish foundational excellence for the email channel by conducting comprehensive audits, defining best practices, creating knowledge-sharing forums, and developing technology and analytics roadmaps to optimize marketing workflows and performance.
Drive the strategic direction and operational execution of the Tips & Updates (T&U) email program, including campaign calendar management, vendor oversight, performance measurement, experimentation and creative optimization.


Mandatory: 2-3+ years of work experience in email or growth marketing, driving user acquisition, engagement and retention.
Demonstrable cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing and engineering teams.
Analytical and experience with data, metrics, and A/B experiments.
Degree in Marketing, Economics or related field is a plus.
Talent at building collaborative partnerships with technical and marketing teams is a plus.


Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience (5+ years relevant work experience).
