Job Description BAE Systems is hiring for a Sr. RF Electrical
Engineer.At BAE Systems, we deliver a full range of products and

development, integration, test and transition to production efforts
on complex electronic modules. Candidate will provide electrical
engineering support to a dynamic engineering development team,
working first unit test, design verification test, integration and
transition to production tasks on complex RF circuit cards and
modules. The successful candidate must possess strong technical
aptitude, communication skills and the ability to work
cross-functionally within the hardware organization and with other
engineering disciplines/functions. This position may include the
following activities:
Design of complex RF circuit card
assembliesSupport test and troubleshooting of systems, modules and
sub-assemblies of RF modules, working directly with program
engineering personnel as requiredInterface with Engineering,
Operations, Quality and other supporting functions to drive defect
resolution to root causeGenerate and implement improvements in
product and test design and methodologies to reduce cost, increase
yield, and improve throughputGenerate and review the technical
content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications,
reports, Engineering Change Orders, and other documentationProvide
training and support to technicians and manufacturing personnel as
requiredSupport Root Cause and Corrective Action activitiesRequired
Education, Experience, & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required
- 5 years of work experience or experience in RF and analog
engineering is required
- Working knowledge of the full lifecycle of a product from
Proposal to Design to Production is required
- Communicates clearly and works well in teams is a mustPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $100680 - $171120Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
