Job Description:
A company is looking for an API Support Engineer to assist
customers with API integrations and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for customers integrating the
API
Act as the product expert by answering technical questions and
providing updates
Liaise between customers and engineering teams for bug reports and
feature requests
Required Qualifications
6 months+ of experience in a similar support role
Prior customer or client-facing experience in a high-growth startup
environment
Some technical experience, ideally from a coding bootcamp or past
software engineering job
Experience working with REST APIs
Ability to demonstrate and explain API knowledge
