Job Description:

AppleOne is currently seeking a full-time Audio Visual Project Manager for a growing family organization in the Fort Lee, NJ area. This client is a leader in high-end custom residential and commercial audio visual systems. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

? Assuming full ownership of assigned projects through wiring, trim and final installation phases ? Full responsibility for managing multiple simultaneous projects in multiple locations; each project with a value of $50K to $500k - in various stages of conception, design and build

? Complete responsibility for managing all project details: including scope review, design, scheduling, site review, quality assurance, inspection and handover to service

? Partner with CAD and AV System Designers to ensure that project plans and proposals accurately reflect the full scope of work

? Create detailed work orders and provide field staff with clear direction

? Manage project flow and coordinate activities with Finance, Inventory and Scheduling Departments

? Keep an open line of communication with general contractors, other trade partners, clients and/or client representatives

Successful applicant should be familiar with a variety of construction concepts, practices and procedures. Candidates for this position are required to have the following:

? 3-5 years of experience with Project Management

? Knowledge of the A/V industry and consumer electronics

? Strong organizational skills
