A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Document Coordinator to maintain the repository of engineering documents and ensure compliance with requirements.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with document requirements and maintain data distribution systems
Expedite review, approval, and release of project documents
Prepare and manage project manuals, transmittals, and document storage at project closeout


Required Qualifications

Highly proficient in MS Windows and related software
Expert understanding of handling technical engineering documents
Familiarity with electronic document management systems is desired
Experience in maintaining organized filing systems for engineering documents
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
