Lead Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer to help transition to a microservices platform and lead engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams in the development of an event-based, microservices platform
Own delivery from planning to production and ensure adherence to best practices
Participate in recruiting top-tier engineering talent and mentor team members

Qualifications

6+ years of experience building complex applications and services
CS degree or equivalent real-world experience
Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and SDLC
Understanding of architecture patterns and best practices
Experience with cloud development in AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
