  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment processes, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with enterprise customers worldwide, providing technical support and ensuring their cloud infrastructure needs are met.   • Review the infrastructure and deployment of the SaaS, check the design rationale and suggest improvements.
  • Document the architecture and procedures by means of diagrams and documents.
  • Maintain and improve the deployment pipeline in all the environments (integration, testing/QA, staging and production) as DevOps.
  • Get a highly resilient site in production as SRE.Responsibilities:
    • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
    • Collaborate with software development teams to implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient software delivery.
    • Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using tools such as Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and Azure.
    • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, ensuring consistent and reproducible deployments.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
    • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, including performance bottlenecks, network connectivity, and resource utilization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of the business.
    • Interact with customers worldwide, providing technical support and aiding them in using and integrating their resources with our SaaS product.
    • Empower our exceptional scientific team by providing them with the necessary tools to conduct groundbreaking research in the field of reservoir engineering.
    • Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Technologies:Some of the technologies we currently use are:
      • Terraform
      • Vault by HashiCorp and Azure Key Vault
      • ArgoCD
      • Keycloak
      • Grafana
      • OpenVPNQualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
        • Proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
        • Strong proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
        • Extensive experience with Helm and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, preferably including working experience with GPU-enabled deployments.
        • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with expertise in Microsoft Azure.
        • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
        • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
        • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks. We primarily use GitHub Actions, but analogous experience in a similar technology will be considered.
        • Extensive experience with ArgoCD for deployments in Kubernetes.
        • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Grafana Loki, and Promtail.
        • Strong knowledge of Application Gateway configurations.
        • Experience with cloud security audits, such as SOC2, ISO, and other relevant standards.
        • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
