Details:**This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance
with Full Scope Polygraph and working on-site 3+ days per week in
Columbia, MD.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent
Network Engineer to join our fast-paced technology team. This role
is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to work on
critical network systems and infrastructure in a high-security
environment. An active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope
Polygraph is required for the position along with being on-site in
Columbia, Maryland, 3-days power week. Responsibilities:1. Design,
implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including
LAN, WAN, and other networking systems.2. Perform routine network
maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches,
hotfixes, and security configurations.3. Monitor network
performance and integrity to ensure smooth and reliable system
operation.4. Resolve network issues and outages through
troubleshooting and debugging.5. Configure and install various
network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls,
load balancers, VPN, QoS).6. Collaborate with team members to
develop and implement network solutions and improvements.7. Ensure
network security and connectivity, and monitor systems to detect
any violations or breaches.8. Conduct network performance tests and
prepare reports based on findings.9. Provide technical support and
guidance to users and other team members.10. Stay updated with the
latest advancements and best practices in the field of network
