Job Description:

A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician to assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance.



Key Responsibilities

Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
Document maintenance and repair events and verify the necessity and fairness of repair costs
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure monthly metrics are met


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Vocational or Technical education recommended
15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
