Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30-4pm (On call rotation,1 week per month)
Type: 6 Month Contract-Hire
Pay: Starting $30+ (Based on experience)

Responsibilities: Maintain critical utilities and GMP/Non-GMP equipment (HVAC, boilers, chillers, water systems, etc.).
Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on GMP equipment.
Respond to alarms 24/7; participate in on-call rotation.
Develop and update SOPs for maintenance.
Monitor Building Automation Systems; address issues promptly.
Conduct daily utility walkthroughs and troubleshoot equipment.
Supervise contractors and manage maintenance work orders.
Assist with spare parts procurement and attend required training.

Requirements:
2-year technical school degree or equivalent experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC Training preferred.
General electrical wiring/installation training preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, or with an equivalent trade.
Building Management System experience (Siemens, Johnson Controls) a plus.
GMP experience/documentation skills a plus.
