Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director to shape the future
of trans healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-time and contracted providers, ensuring alignment with
clinical goals and standards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of
care and compliance
Maintain a manageable patient panel while responding to urgent care
needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working directly with the TGNC community in
a clinical setting
10+ years of experience seeing patients in a clinical setting
A valid license and certification to practice medicine (MD/DO, NP,
PA)
Proven work experience in a Medical Director role or similar
capacity
Experience working in a fully remote telehealth setting
