Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Healthcare to
manage real estate transaction activities for a healthcare
client.
Key Responsibilities
Implement real estate plans aligned with client's strategic goals
and manage project scopes
Negotiate leases, lease renewals, and sales while coordinating with
field brokers
Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a
project tracking system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate
transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Healthcare transactions experience is a plus, but not mandatory
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
