Senior Fragrance Development Manager
Princeton, NJ, US

As a Senior Fragrance Development Manager, you'll drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients' brands. With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Hair Care evaluation, you'll be a close partner to our perfumers, shape olfactive & development strategies, and anticipate business needs.
Your key responsibilities:

• 
  
• Win/Defend business profitably by leading pro-active and reactive fragrance development projects of major size & strategic importance and by developing olfactive vision at regional & global levels.
  
• Identify business opportunities.
  
• Lead & coordinate global fragrance development network by bringing vision, strategy and focus and communicating efficiently internally and externally.
  
• Define, drive, implement and follow-up relevant action plans mobilizing regional FDMs, perfumers and any other relevant functions.
  
• Ensure a testing plan is in place and executed to identify winning candidates, integrating learnings into the development process.
  
• Support sales effort, interacting with clients on a weekly basis, at any level of management, building strategic working relationships, delivering impactful presentations to clients and acting as an olfactive advisor when required.
