Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Field Medical Affairs in
Gastroenterology/Rhinology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6-8 in designated territories while managing
performance reviews and aligning goals
Develop and implement corporate and field medical strategic plans
and budgets
Ensure field medical team supports clinical research activities
throughout the product life cycle
Required Qualifications and Education
Advanced Clinical/Science Degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
required
Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience
Prior experience as a field medical representative is required
Experience in immunology is required; dermatology, respiratory, or
gastroenterology preferred
Deep understanding of local regulations and codes of practice for
the pharmaceutical industry
