Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to
provide change management support for the Commercial Lending
Operations and Servicing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead change management efforts and activities through a
team of Change Analysts and Specialists
Develop and execute change management strategies including
communication, documentation, and training
Provide coaching and mentorship to stakeholders and team members to
enhance change management capabilities
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree and relevant change
management accreditations are assets
7+ years of experience in a project environment within large
organizations
Advanced knowledge of change management principles and industry
best practices
Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project
activities
Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
