Claims Investigations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Investigations Manager - Claims to oversee investigative field staff and manage insurance claims investigations.

Key Responsibilities

Review new assignments and client documents to ensure all necessary information is present
Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and ensure compliance with client instructions
Manage team performance, monitor workloads, and communicate progress to clients and staff

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field
At least three years of insurance claims investigative experience
One year of experience in non-surveillance field tasked based investigations
Proficiency in Property & Casualty lines of business
Experience with AOE/COE and other business lines (CA only)
