Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence
to oversee financial reporting strategies and analytics across
multiple hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of financial data management and reporting
strategies across all hospitals
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced financial
reporting tools for data-driven decision-making
Manage a team of Business Intelligence Developers and ensure the
integrity of financial data reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or graduate certificate
preferred
7 - 10 years of experience in healthcare information management and
business intelligence development
3+ years of people management experience required
Meditech certification and relevant reporting software
certifications preferred
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL
processes
