Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Client Operations to lead
operational initiatives and process improvements for
customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement efficient internal processes for the Client
Management team
Identify opportunities to streamline go-to-market operations in
partnership with the Commercial Strategy team
Establish and manage key performance indicators for client
operations and monitor performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a consulting, commercial, or revenue operations
role
Relevant enterprise software or healthcare experience
Expert level proficiency with Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior
leadership
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive operational
efficiency
