immunology patients? The Associate Director, Immunology Grants may
be the perfect fit for you!\rIn this role, you will provide
strategic and operational management of independent medical
education (IME) grants and fellowships and will serve as a subject
matter authority for your assigned therapeutic areas. Along with
the Director of Immunology Grants, the Associate Director will lead
the review of educational grant submissions to ensure alignment
with US Medical Affairs Immunology medical education strategy. The
Associate Director will work closely with their assigned
Therapeutic Area Leads to develop, disseminate and implement
medical education strategy effectively and compliantly and support
other scientific event grants. You will be the lead for major
congresses to ensure that Johnson & Johnson has supported quality
educational satellite symposiums through audits. The right person
for this position will find be able to highlight the value of the
IME program by developing and communicating the strategy, budget,
impact of funded programs, and metrics to leadership.\rKey
