Job Description:

Join our team at Little Beet Table, a renowned full-service restaurant in New York City. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain an "A" health inspection rating. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience in a comparable restaurant.
- Toast POS or similar POS experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Benefits:
