A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - R&D Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a prioritized portfolio of R&D initiatives and lead a
team of Technical Program Managers
Facilitate R&D's quarterly planning process and coordinate
leadership-level updates
Establish a metrics framework to support informed decision-making
in R&D
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in driving technical initiatives and
projects, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services
5+ years of people management experience, with a preference for
leading global teams
Proven track record of organizing information for data-driven
decision-making
Experience in planning, operational management, and leading
multi-disciplinary teams
Experience leading remote and geographically distributed team
members
