Job Summary: Lead daily housekeeping operations, manage a team, and collaborate with departments to maintain a luxury hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Director of Housekeeping to develop housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations.
• Track and analyze housekeeping performance metrics, recommending improvements.Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a management role at a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Opera is needed.About Us:
