Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, UX Research to lead a team
of researchers in enhancing customer experiences across various
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 3-5 UX researchers and oversee research activities
across multiple product areas
Build relationships with stakeholders and advocate for customer
needs throughout the design and development process
Define research problems, develop research plans, and evaluate team
members' work to enhance their skills
Required Qualifications
Experience in researching digital and physical consumer experiences
with a focus on delivering actionable insights
Familiarity with various research methods, including qualitative
and quantitative research, A/B testing, and statistical
analysis
Proven ability to prioritize research activities and deliver
insights efficiently
Experience in coaching team members on methodologies and technical
solutions
Exposure to AI in product development or research execution
