Job Description:

Job Summary: Manage front-of-house operations, supervise staff, address guest concerns, and optimize service efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train floor staff to uphold service standards
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service
Monitor inventory and supply levels
Implement seating, shift, and floor management strategies
Analyze daily revenue and operations reports
Closing shifts efficiently

Requirements:
- Available for 3-4 shifts per week to start
- Potential for more shifts and advancement
