Hospitality Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional

and quality in the industry.Job Summary:The successful candidate
will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our
restaurant, maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and working
closely with the General Manager and Director of Hospitality to
achieve our vision. This role requires a strong leader who can
inspire and motivate our team members to deliver exceptional
service and exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our core values and
culture, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our
customers.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of
Hospitality to ensure that all team members are held accountable
for delivering high-quality service and adhering to company
policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, embodying our hospitality standards in every
interaction with customers and team members.
- Liaise between the front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure
seamless service delivery.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, addressing their
needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Operations:
- Oversee daily restaurant administration, including payroll,
opening and closing procedures, and service floor plans.
- Manage hourly employees, providing clear direction and feedback
to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Create systems of accountability and provide consistent
coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
- Perform back-office POS functions, including employee profile
management and menu creation.
- Plan, execute, and communicate promotions and company
information effectively.
- Conduct regular Department of Health walk-throughs to ensure
compliance and address any violations promptly.
- Promote safe work habits and identify potential safety hazards,
documenting incidents and conducting root cause analyses.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate
service department employees, including servers and server
assistants.
- Act as a role model, continuously elevating service standards
and embodying our hospitality culture.
- Consistently monitor, coach, and encourage management team and
hourly service employees to meet company service standards.
- Resolve team member or customer conflicts in accordance with
our complaint handling guidelines.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a
high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends,
nights, and holidays.
- Certification for responsible alcohol service, or ability to
obtain within 6 months.What We Offer:
