The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume production, catering, and prepared foods. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our founder, Eli Zabar, to maintain our classic dishes, create new recipes, and improve consistency across all locations and menus.Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a kitchen team of 76 working in multiple locations
• Oversee kitchen procedures, portioning, and execution
• Ensure food quality by adhering to brand standards at all times
• Develop and maintain all recipes and techniques
• Manage labor costs and food inventory
• Understand and maintain culinary aspects of profit and loss statement
• Sourcing and receiving high-quality ingredients
• Maintain purveyor/vendor relationships
• Maintain kitchen equipment and high standards of cleanliness and organization
