A Day In The Life Of Our Galaxy Program Manager:

• Strategic Program Development and Execution:

• Partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives.
  
• Customize programs in collaboration with Key Account Directors to address the specific needs of individual hospitals.
  
  
  
• Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives to gain insights into their priorities and challenges.
    
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and hospital strategies.
    
    
    
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating program initiatives into overarching business strategies.
      
      
      
    • Meticulous Project Management:
      
      • 
        
      • Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
        
      • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful program implementation.
        
        
        
      • Data-Driven Performance Metrics:

        • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
          
        • Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
          
          
          
        • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

          • Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements.
            
          • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
            
            
            
          • Training and Support:

            • Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hospital staff.
              
            • Provide ongoing support to address inquiries and challenges during program implementation.
              
              
              
              About You:
              
              • 
                
              • 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry.
                
              • Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization.
                
              • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams and management.
