City Fitness is looking for an experienced, senior-level leader, who is obsessed with operational excellence and driven by the desire to create a world-class experience for every member of our community! As the Vice President of Operations, you'll be the heartbeat of our gym, overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that every aspect of our business runs like a well-oiled machine.   Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or project management
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-level leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale operations.
  • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
