Job Description:
Clean Harbors is seeking a Fleet Operations Director to oversee
and manage the company's fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities
include managing maintenance garages, implementing preventative
maintenance programs, overseeing equipment refurbishment and repair
programs, managing the capital budget, and exercising profit and
loss responsibility for the vehicle maintenance group. This role
requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related
field, 7-10 years of relevant experience, prior management
experience, negotiating and purchasing skills, automotive and heavy
equipment mechanic skills, financial acumen, outstanding
communication skills, and the ability to travel 50% of the time.
