Job Description:

A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to provide administrative support in healthcare settings.



Key Responsibilities

Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Case Management team
Assist in the initial review of assigned case levels and implement care plans under the direction of the Case Manager
Coordinate required services in accordance with member benefit plans and promote effective communication


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
Preferred: Associate degree
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, with Medical Assistant experience preferred
