Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Platform Success to
manage and support franchise businesses using the Honor Care
Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Platform Success Sr. Managers to drive
growth and operational performance
Oversee data collection and analysis to identify growth
opportunities and areas for improvement
Enhance Owner satisfaction and loyalty while guiding financial
stewardship and profitability initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing a team with a track record of developing
high performers
Demonstrated success in driving commercial results and achieving
growth targets
Experience managing complexity in fast-paced, high-growth
environments
Strong background in operational execution impacting P&L
Experience in identifying and implementing growth and expansion
initiatives
