The Senior Director of Legal Account Management will manage and cultivate strong relationships with large strategic law firm accounts throughout the Midwest & East Coast, with a focus on subscription renewals, expansion, uplifts, and cross-selling of additional Octus, formerly Reorg products. This full-time position is based in our New York City office.Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for a book of existing strategic AmLaw50 clients
  • Drive key client interactions, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within accounts, aiming for a net retention target of 115%+
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and an unparalleled customer experience
  • Work closely with Octus, formerly Reorg's product team to identify opportunities for product enhancements
  • Employ meticulous tracking and analysis of KPIs and product usage on accounts to formulate and implement appropriate relationship management strategies and territory planningRequirements:
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in an account management role, specializing in B2B solutions for large law firms. Experience selling data solutions is preferred.
    • Strong ability to cultivate relationships and forge strategic business partnerships, consistently surpassing net retention targets.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota and retention targets.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and respond promptly to multiple ongoing workstreams.
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven aptitude for conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings throughout the assigned territory (Midwest and East Coast).
    • Experience with Salesforce.
    • JD preferred.At Octus, formerly Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000-$170,000, and actual compensation will be determined by relevant factors.
