leadership (75%) with hands-on field training management (25%) to
support the learning and development of the Oncology Field
Reimbursement Manager (FRM) team. The Senior Manager leads
initiatives to enhance field effectiveness, training impact, and
strategic alignment, while the Field Training component focuses on
training development, delivery, and facilitation to support team
growth and proficiency. These percentages of split support (HQ vs.
Field) may flex in accordance with the needs of the business.Key
