Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Vendor Operations
Manager to oversee vendor relationships and optimize
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary liaison
between the Payment Integrity team and external vendors
Establish and monitor vendor metrics to assess operational
performance and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new vendor programs and
maintain documentation regarding vendor processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of experience in operations
Analytic mindset with the ability to execute qualitative and
quantitative analyses
Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
High degree of professionalism
