Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Field Medical
Affairs (Ophthalmology).
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Field Medical
team
Establish and maintain relationships with key medical experts and
institutions in the Ophthalmology community
Ensure execution of strategic territory plans and foster
cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Advanced medical and/or scientific degree (e.g., MD/DO, PhD,
PharmD, DVM)
Preferred post-graduate residency or fellowship
10+ years of work experience in Medical Affairs
5+ years of Field Medical people management experience
5+ years of Ophthalmology pharmaceutical work experience, with a
preference for Retina
