develop its centralized data engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and shape the centralized data engineering team, defining its
structure and culture
Create scalable data engineering processes and methodologies for
building and maintaining data pipelines
Drive collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality data and
support decision-making
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in data engineering
6+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in data
pipelines and ETL processes
Experience in building or scaling centralized data engineering
functions
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
Timezone flexibility within 3 hours of New York
