Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Scientific Communications
for Tezspire.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Tezspire Scientific Communication team to develop
strategic plans and high-quality scientific content
Collaborate with internal and external partners to align scientific
communication with product strategies
Manage team performance, recruitment, and development while
ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years in related
fields
At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
or projects
Experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or
biopharmaceutical industry preferred
Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical
trial operations
Ability to manage budgets and drive organizational change
effectively
