As Nurse Manager Perioperative Services, you will oversee a team of dedicated Nurses and Surgical staff committed to delivering the highest standards of care.The Perioperative team works closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and other Healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient's needs are met throughout the surgical process. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and scheduling, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensuring that safety protocols are consistently followed.
