Your Impact:

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing maintenance in a mill or similar manufacturing operation.

Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make critical decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations & compliance requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Industry certifications in maintenance management a plus.
