Description
The Regional VP of Sales reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is
responsible for overall sales results including the ongoing
development and execution of achieving annual sales goals. The
ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales quota
in addition to achieving the sales tasks and objectives listed in
the primary job responsibilities.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving annual sales quota on a yearly
basis
- Prospect, qualify and close contracts within the C-Suite of the
top 450 largest health systems
- Develop and regularly update the territory sales plan reviewing
with Senior Management for review and input
- Actively lead successful sales pursuits by providing market
intelligence, data analysis, sales strategy development to achieve
sales goals
- Achieve the monthly and quarterly sales activity goals
including number of C-Suite first meetings and number of signed
Pilot Agreements per quarter
- Leading efforts to follow up on feedback from client meetings
and presentations, including updating proposals and marketing
materials, in order to secure new business contracts
- Develop high quality relationships with the C-Suite contacts in
your assigned sales territory
- Successfully work with channel partners including Lead
Generation Consultants
- Identify and participate in industry organizations and
events
- Develop and maintain information in the Customer Relationship
Management software
- Participate in weekly business development meetings providing
updates on sales opportunities
- Build long term relationships with employees, clients, channel
partners and marketing contractors
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare sales experienceKnowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of hospital Revenue Cycle
Operations
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with a strong
ability to influence decisions of C-Suite buyers and channel
partners
- Communicate Accuity value proposition and presentations using
appropriate software including MS PowerPoint and Teams
- Ability to work well in a team environment both as a sales
leader and an individual contributor
- Proven and demonstrated intermediate skills in the Microsoft
Suite applications
- Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS
Word
- Independent, focused individual able to work remotely or
onsite
