Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at The Product Director, Customer Experience & Access Marketing is a core member of the brand team accountable for shaping Advanced Practice Provider (APP) strategy and serving as brand lead for access pull-through for the highly visible new product launch of Nipocalimab. Additionally, the PD will be responsible for leading patient and APP messages for a potential follow-on indication. This position reports to the GPD of Customer Experience & Access Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesThe PD will be directly responsible for all aspects of the APP brand experience including creating an APP strategy and developing materials for pull-through. They will also be the key brand point for Access Marketing and Patient Support activities. These responsibilities span both of the first two potential indication launches. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:--- Develop and execute an APP strategy--- Develop and implement APP and patient messaging and marketing materials for follow-on indication--- Launch access/fulfillment pull-through messaging, materials, and field direction/communications--- Serve as point of contact for field teams on access and lead ABS/KAM advisory sessions--- Partner with PECS to ensure alignment with brand strategy across all fulfillment materials and services--- Partner with SCG and IPS to provide brand input on key access deliverables--- Help to diagnose access and fulfillment barriers and drive urgency in partnership with SCG, PECS, and IPS to address them--- Manage the agency of record and other specialty agencies to drive close collaboration and integration of strategies and tacticsExperience and Skills:Required--- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.--- A minimum of 7 years of business experience with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is required.--- Experience translating customer insights into marketing tactics.--- Demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple agencies/vendors and cross-functionally--- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and drive decision making is required.--- Strong verbal and written communication skills--- A demonstrated track record of garnering leadership support, driving to decision, and strong execution.Preferred:--- Prior pharmaceutical launch experience preferred.--- Rare disease or neurology experience a plus.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
