What success looks like in this role: * Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.* Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.* Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.* Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.* Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.* Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.* Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.You will be successful in this role if you have:BA/BS degree and 8+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceMaster's degree preferredThis role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
