Our client, a quality designer and manufacturer of industrial machined products, has an immediate need for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, to join our winning team in Weston Mills.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for setting up and performing various machining operations on a wide range of parts.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Review Customer Specifications, Drawings, and P.O. as needed to assure compliance.
Subcontract Services of special processes, coordinate with shop.
Ensure compliance to:
Material Control and Material Traceability
Perform Quality Control Inspection - in process, incoming & final
Monitor and/or Witness Shipping and Ship Preparation
Final Documentation Package and distribution to customer


Write QC manual, Revise QC Manual, Distribute QC Manual.
Represent Company during Quality Audits.
Maintain Calibration of testing equipment as needed.
Operate and Program CMMs (PC Dmis software experience a plus)
Perform and maintain internal audits
5 years exp in a job shop environment.
Computer literacy with MS Office and Excel preferred.
