Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Home Health Care A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Philadelphia, PA.Salary and Benefits Details:

• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000, with experienced providers having the potential to earn $150,000 - $160,000, including a bonus.
• Bonus: Annual clinical performance bonus, with NPs earning up to $25,000 based on experience.

  • Schedule: Average of 6-7 patient visits per day.
  • Support: You will be supported by a care team that includes a Medical Assistant, Scribe, and a designated Social Worker. Additionally, a Medical Director will mentor you in this role.
  • Utilize advanced, cloud-based electronic health record systems.
  • Work closely with your care team to ensure holistic care, addressing not just physical health but also social and emotional well-being.Requirements:
    • Active, Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
    • Active DEA license.
    • 2 Years of Experience Preferred
    • Home Health and Family Medicine Experience Required
    • New Graduates Will Be Considered
